You can't spread HIV if you don't have it....it could be dormant in your system and you can pass it, but that means that you still have it.

Screening of blood products for HIV in the developed world has largely eliminated transmission through blood transfusions or infected blood products in these countries.

if the person u hv unprotected sexual contact is not infected wt HIV virus then u cannot hv HIV frm that person but u do stand risk of contacting other sexually transmitted diseases

HIV infection cannot be spread by people who are not infected with the HIV virus, unless one of the people has a needle full of infected blood and injects the other.
