Can HIV be transmitted this way?? |
say a guy (HIV positive) put his hands in his mouth and touches his saliva and brings his hands down to the girl's vagina so as to lubricate it with his saliva...can the girl get HIV this way?? NO this is not possible at all because even though the HIV virus can be transmitted threw blood there is no way for it to live once it hit air. Which mean that by the time that the saliva made it to the vagina if there was any traces of blood in it that were positive the virus would be dead by then. So you have nothing to worry about. However they sell lubricates in your local CVS along with condom that you can pick up so that way you are never but into risky situations like this one. The HIV virus is only present in large amounts in a couple of bodily fluids - blood and semen, primarily. It is also present in lesser amounts in vaginal fluids and breastmilk. You'll notice that saliva is NOT one of these fluids. HIV is transmitted through blood, semen, vaginal fluids, and breast milk. So if the GIRL has HIV and he touched her vagina and put his hand back in his mouth, MAYBE. The only way to be sure is to get tested. Good Luck!!!! |
