You better pray to God to forgive you! I hope everything works out! God is a miracle worker if you sincerely believe he can take away your disease. I know from experience. My friend had it but she prayed and we prayed for her that was when she was dying, but God healed her!

Did you know you had it? Did you tell your girlfriend you had it? Did you use condoms? If you knew, didn't tell your girlfriend, and didn't use a condom, you are a horrible person. There is no excuse for that.
