I married a woman from thailand after meeting her on the net?

She described herself as 'fun, energetic and positive'.

I liked the look of her and after much correspondence, married her and brought her back home.

When she said 'positive' i didn't know she meant HIV.

Im now 'positive'. Should I sue??

I would say yes Mr dudwee

i don't think you have any grounds to sue, after all she did tell you (in a very sly way), so morally and legally shes done nothing wrong.
knowing that many of these girls see English/ American man as their ticket out of prostitution and a hard life, it was really up to you to get this kind of information out of her before you married and even if you sue her, is she financially able to refund you, cause if not you just gonna waste money on legal fees, seek free legal advice and maybe some counselling first.
good luck, but to make you feel better find a way to get her deported.

That's rough. How well that will hold up in court, I'm not sure. If you didn't make any prenups then in all likelihood she'll be taking a lot with her when and if she goes.

The best thing you can do is seek legal counsel (get a lawyer) and see what your options are.

oh my, I'm so sorry to hear that. I'm not sure if you can sue, i would look into your options and id kick her *** out the door for not explaining her situation before you guys messed around. Best of luck!

OMG that blows.you could because she didn't tell you exactly that she meant HIV.She needed to be more clear when she said Positive!!Maybe you should talk to a lawyer and see what the laws are in your state.

OHHHHH. hmmmm. I think you should if she put it in that context and knew that you really didn't know what she meant and wouldn't have married her.yeah sue her.

You should have realised that she could have been carrying a sexual decease before you married her. Perhaps you will be more careful in future.

Positively!!!

LOL.

If this is serious - then yes you should sue. If it's a joke - it's very funny.

Fool. She told you she was positive.

if you can sue sue!

Who are you going to sue her? That really sucks

Yes you should.

you should get a refund. you brought her back, or you had her mailed?

lol cough cough <bullsh!t!

cuz i hope ur joking haha if not pay some one to shoot her or sue, id do both :)

take her back from whence she came and get your money back.

i think u should of used protection! u couldnt have know her that long! its common sense!

That's f'd up right there pal! seriously lol!(damn!)

Yes you should she knew what was going on.HIV O man God Bless You.No one deserves to be lied to like that. take care

OMG mate thts nasty! i dont know where you stand1 but it doesnt look good!
