Is aidsmapper.com real site or fake?

I found this site - AIDSMapper.com - Searchable Database of every HIV Positive patient in the country.

It is hard to tell.

However, base on my experiences. There are many cases of web sites that sell fake services for huge sum of money.

It is fake and some sick person is trying to be funny.

False - some kind of really sick joke.
