If my blood type is A positive, does that mean that I am HIV positive? I know this may seem a silly question but I want to be sure.

no, not at all. it has to do with the rh factor, which really only matters when you donate blood or become pregnant.

No, all blood types are either negative or positive...it has nothing to do with HIV
