If I have unsafe sex with a HIV positive person, does that mean I am infected as well for sure?

If I did not use a condom during sex and the other person was HIV Positive, will I get infected for sure? Or is there still a possibility that I don't get infected?

HIV is not transmitted 100% of the time, so it is possible that you would not be infected.
HOWEVER, it is also possible for someone to be infected by having unprotected sex with an infected person only ONCE.

Don't take the chance. Always use protection. If this scenario has already occurred, get tested 3 months after the possible exposure, then retest 3 months later. More than 98% of people who are infected would test positive within 3 months, but in rare cases, it could take up to 6 months for someone to test positive.

No it doesn't mean you will get infected for sure. it depends on other factors to, such as the viral load of the infected person.

But there is still a possibility and anyone is this situation should not continue to have unprotected sex with the infected person (which would increase the chances) and they should not have sex with anyone else until they are tested (which won't be accurate until 3 months after exposure).

and what the dang heck was you thinking when you did this.. now you can just go 2 your room and worry about it for 3 mo.s till you take the test. nothing like putting your life on the line. no it's not 4 sure but be wise next time "if" you slip out of this one.. if you can't be wise, becareful..

It's much harder for a female who is HIV+ to pass on the virus to a male.
It is far more common that a male will give it to a female.

But, it can still happen. Not using a condom in this age is a really unwise choice.

That sounds pretty scary. It takes 6 months to know for sure. You should be tested now, then again in 6 months. Good luck.
