Can a person with HIV safely have sex with another HIV positive person?

Would their condition worsen or stay the same? Also can a person with AIDS safely have sex with another person with AIDS or does the severity of the disease worsen?

The virus is HIV. AIDS is when the individual has a low C4 cell count or a combination of two or more opportunistic diseases so AIDS isn't spread through sex, just HIV.
Their condition can worsen as they can catch a different strain of HIV than they currently have which makes treatment more difficult, increase their viral load and make them worse and increase drug resistance.

HIV +ve individuals should always use a condom. Even when their partner has it too.

Not a good idea. The HIV virus can mutate and the new version can become resistant to medication. Using condoms is the best way for people with HIV to protect themselves and their partners from creating even more problems down the road. Take care of yourself and your partner and do what you can so that the medications can do what they're supposed to do.
