How do i have sex with an HIV positive lady without me contracting HIV?

By not

If you are considering having sex with someone who is HIV positive then you should be researching and learning everything you can about the disease. HIV positive women, who are regularly taking their meds and have their virus under control are of low risk for spreading the virus. Non the less, there is a risk and so it is important to use a condom along with a lubricant when having intercourse. Don't use two condoms, that can cause to much friction and break them both.

For intercourse you use a condom
For her to perform oral sex on you, wear a condom.
For you to perform oral sex on her use a femdom (available at Boots)
Before you engage in sex such as kissing, visit your dentist for a complete hygenie check. Providing you have no cuts to the inside of your mouth and no dental cavities, .HIV can pose a small risk for both the active (person giving the oral stimulation) and receptive (person receiving oral stimulation) partner.
Theoretical and Documented
Risk of HIV Transmission During
Oral-Penile Contact
Theoretical and Documented Risk
of HIV Transmission During
Oral-Vaginal Contact
Theoretical and Documented Risk
of HIV Transmission During
Oral-Anal Contact
Theoretical:
In fellatio, there is a theoretical
risk of transmission for the
receptive partner (the person
who is sucking) because infected
pre-ejaculate ("pre-***") fluid or
semen can get into the mouth.
For the insertive partner (the
person who is being sucked),
there is a theoretical risk of
infection because infected blood
from a partner's bleeding gums
or an open sore could come in
contact with a scratch, cut, or
sore on the penis.
Theoretical:
Cunnilingus carries a theoretical
risk of HIV transmission for the
insertive partner (the person who
is licking or sucking the vaginal
area) because infected vaginal
fluids and blood can get into the
mouth. (This includes, but is not
limited to, menstrual blood).
Likewise, there is a theoretical
risk of HIV transmission during
cunnilingus for the receptive
partner (the person who is
having her vagina licked or
sucked) if infected blood from
oral sores or bleeding gums
comes in contact with vulvar or
vaginal cuts or sores.
Theoretical:
Anilingus carries a theoretical
risk of transmission for the
insertive partner (the person who
is licking or sucking the anus) if
there is exposure to infected
blood, either through bloody
fecal matter (bodily waste) or
cuts/sores in the anal area.
Anilingus carries a theoretical
risk to the receptive partner (the
person who is being
licked/sucked) if infected blood
in saliva comes in contact with
anal/rectal lining.
Documented:
Although the risk is many times
smaller than anal or vaginal sex,
HIV has been transmitted to
receptive partners through
fellatio, even in cases when
insertive partners didn't
ejaculate ("***").
Documented:
The risk of HIV transmission
during cunnilingus is extremely
low compared to vaginal and
anal sex. However, there have
been a few cases of HIV
transmission most likely
resulting from oral-vaginal sex.
Documented:
There has been one published
case of HIV transmission
associated with oral-anal sexual
contact.
Other

Transmission from an HIV positive receptive partner to an HIV negative active partner may occur when the active partner gets sexual fluid (semen or vaginal fluid) or blood (from menstruation or a wound somewhere in the genital or anal region) into a cut, sore, ulcer or area of inflammation somewhere in their mouth or throat. The linings of the mouth and throat are very resistant to viral infections such as HIV, so infection is unlikely if they are healthy.

Transmission from an HIV positive active partner to an HIV negative receptive partner is generally believed to be less common. This is because HIV is normally only present in saliva in very low levels that are not sufficient to cause infection. The only risk in this scenario would be from bleeding wounds or gums in the HIV positive person鈥檚 mouth or on their lips, which may transfer blood onto the mucous membranes of the other person鈥檚 genitals or anus, or into any cuts or sores they may have. Hepatitis C can also be transmitted this way.

their are ways first use condoms properly , 2nd educate yourself to the fullist about hiv the truths and the lies the myths and the sterotypes 3 try going to speak to her doctor with her to find out all you need to do to keep yourself safe like iftheirs a condom slip up they have special meds pep i think to keep you from being infected . you can have a fullfilling sexual realationship with this women best of luck

Very safe condoms link: http://www.superliving.co.uk/pharmacy/fa...

Also if it splits you ca get an anti-viral dug that stops you contracting it but you do have to take it very soon after as you will contract it quickly!

Well, it depends on her viral load too. If her viral load is UNDETECTABLE (meaning she has so few copies that they can not be detected) and you use condoms you won't get the infection so easily. Risk gets lower for the chance of getting one of her copies is very small if there are few of them. But do not play with your health and do not expose yourself to unnecessary risks.

Best answer is don't. Even when you use a condom on someone you knowingly has HIV then you are putting your life on the line for sex. Anything can happen with the condom and its not 100% prevention.

You can have a relatively safe life using condoms. I hope this lady is your long term partner if not what the heck are you doing thinking about sex with her, its not worth it is it ? ?

Use condoms and spermicide, and make sure that there are no transfer of fluids. Go to a G.U.M. clinic and they will be able to advise you further.

Condoms and do not do any type of oral sex you can catch Hiv from that.

If you really MUST go there (which I wouldn't by the way) then use a condom. You have to be very careful though, I wouldn't risk it. Plenty of non HIV positive ladies out there x

It's pretty risky having sex with someone who's HIV positive. If you really want to, however, use a condom.

Can't believe people are saying you shouldn't... I'm going to be an optimist and say you love each other, then have sex using a condom,

Use condom, spermicide and be extra careful.

Your a lunatic even comtemplating that sort of thing!

Well there's a new invention called CONDOMS. <Works pretty well

By using a condom

you don't have sex with her

use a strap on? lol WHY would you wanna have sex with a girl with aids? thats stupid

use a condom and be carefull

Apparently its harder for a man to get it from a woman than it is for a woman to get it from a man.
Use 2 condoms just to be sure.
