Positive HIV workers should have to tell their employers?

I'm doing a speech for communications class on HIV positive workers, and i need 3 topics on why HIV positve people should tell the employers

Well I don't think they should have to but here's some reasons:

1) Safer working environment, if they get cut or bleed other workers will be more careful and avoid becoming infected.

2) The employer will be able to better accommodate their needs

HIV is a contagous disease and it has no cure so far.In order for the other party to protect hemselves they need o know jus for standard precauions like getting in cntac with boodily fluids. So far it has said to be the presence of HIV is mostly found in blood, genial secretions and a very small amt found in saliva.
You can not conract i by ouching or haging someone with HIV.

It is also helpfull to know so that they can get a less heavy workload because after a while they tend to get weak and loose weight and so employer can help by giving them lighter work.
And laslty I would say for support not for piy because the disease does not have any cure they need support to eat better, excercise and take vitamins and precauions o help prolong heir lives.

Unless it is some job where blood or body fluids would be exchanged, such as in a brothel or pornography films or something, there is zero reason why they should have to tell. So there is no valid argument that you could have to tell it.

possible infection of other employees. If they are injured and unable to tell the people helping them, they risk infecting others. I would not tell everyone but managers should know for health reasons. Managers are not allowed to spread that stuff around.

So they aren't tempted to have oral sex in the closet? idk. I personally don't think they have to tell. But if they are in a sexual relationship, they should tell their partner, and future partners.

You should do your speech on why you would NOT have to tell the employer.

Personally, you should treat everyone as if they have HIV. Because you really never know.

your working with children
your job could be hazardess
your around alot of sharp objects

in case they need emergency medical treatment. important for medical personnel to know

I don't see a reason for it unless they wanna screw, lol
