I don't think it is possible since aids virus only lives a very short time outside the body....once it hits oxygen it dies very quickly....

it depends was this blood introduced through a needle was the blood exposed to air has this blood been exposed to EDTA which is and anti coagulant really there are so many vairables that would have to be answered before i could tell you if there was even a romote possibility of contracting aids from the infected sample of blood
