How does any illness helps in the court? |
My friend is being charged for selling drugs. He may be sentenced to several years. He is HIV positive and thinks that this may keep him out of jai. However, his attorney has told him that since he is doing well, they may not take this in consideration. What do you think? What difference does it make if he is ill or not? He committed a crime and now doesnt want to serve the time? TUFF So he can keep selling drugs and spread HIV to others? DO THE CRIME--DO THE TIME--- His attorney is right unless its terminal and then it be be in a hospital jail...I am sorry that he is HIV positive but it sounds like your friend does not have a care in the world. |
