Std spreads still protected ?

if a person having sex with an infected std diseases person or hiv positive with protected sex and no chance of breaking the condoms ?should i be aware of spreading that disease ???

Condoms are not a guarantee against STDs. They are only a better than nothing choice. That's why it's called SAFE SEX, instead of GUARANTEED PROTECTION. STDs can be passed even if condoms don't break. For instance: If there is any break in the skin that isn't covered by a condom, such as the pubis (bush), testicles, or base of the penis, you may still become infected. People often believe there needs to be a cut they can see, but something as simple as scratching can cause tiny openings of the skin surface. Having vaginal, anal, or oral sex with an infected person can cause their body fluids to spread far beyond the area covered by a condom (especially if they're doing it right :o) You can also pick up their body fluids on skin and body hair and spread it to others, or become infect after removing the condom, if you don't wash properly and promptly after sex.

Well not spreading unless that you caught it. The disease must be caught or one after the other. The disease can still be transfered even when you have a condom, so you might want to go get check to make sure.
