How can a person heal a bad break out of mouth ulcers in and aroound the gums of ones mouth?

am hiv positive have ahd fevers in the 102.5 range ulcers started at back of mouth and have worked out and around mouth to everywhere now painful and wish to find a way to make them disappear fast

There is a product called Gly-Oxide. It helps disinfect the ulcers as well as help heal them quicker.

Try salt water-- Take 1 teaspoon of salt in as hot of water as you can stand in your mouth, and just rinse your mouth. You can do this 3 or 4 times a day.
