Relationship........AIDS???

Oh well In my school we are doing some sort of social work....we are working with a fundation called "AID for AIDS" they work with HIV positive people and they help them with personal issues they might have.

Anyways I met a girl that works there, she is sooo beautiful and i like her sooo much, she's really skinny but still pretty, another woman there mentioned that any of them might have AIDS and they are going to say who when we finish working with them.

I am so into that girl and i think she likes me too but there is a real chance she might have AIDS.
I don't know if i should ask her, i don't think that would be appropiate and i'm not some kind of ignorant who will dish her if she does has AIDS, im not gonna stop liking her at all if she does, but i just wonder.....if she likes me and i like her and she does has AIDS what should i do?
i mean i surely want to hang out with her and i would but.....when it comes to be intimate.....what should i do???

Clearly your class has not talked about ethics. It is grossly inappropriate for you to even be contemplating a relationship with a client. This is one of the primary boundaries in social work and all helping professions. Sexualizing a helping relationship is a common issue (it is called counter transference). You really need to seek out supervision from your professor.

Straight up ask her dude, theres no easy way around it. She may have aids, we're not dealing with cooties anymore. We're not even dealing with herpes anymore. Aids is BAD! don't let a crush kill you. I would ask her, and probably ask her a lot. I might just straight up give up on her in fact.

Both of you should get tested.......and no contact again till 3 month (???) later...and do the test again....
