How do I get a hardship divorce?

I have limited income and I know my husband will fight me on the divorce, and He is living with a woman that is pregnant, and meth user, and is HIV Positive. I want to get alimony, we have been married 12 years and our children are grown. He already took alot of stuff from here about 4 months ago when he left. Left me here without a way or any means of support. He left me here with the responsibility of 5 horses, and other animals. Now he wants half of everything here and It is not fair. I have just got a job about 2 months ago and I am still not making it. I have supported these responsibilities he left me with but not able to put food on the table for myself. I am so frustrated because I can't even file for a divorce because I have no funds to do so. But he said he would pay for it but I don't want to be the one to deal with it. I would like a judge to order it and he would pay then. Need HELP!!!

Here's an idea...you say you don't have money, but you have a lot of things to GET money!
Sell the house, the land, the horses, everything. There's your money.
Then go see a lawyer and divorce him.
