tell my boss he is a big gay wanker! I am scared though of being labelled a homophobe as he is a HIV positive gay man. He is definately a nasty piece of work though. Yesterday I brought myself to burning an ephagy of Liberache on his front lawn. I am really unsure about saying how I feel to his face though - what would you do?

Just admit your feelings to him! He knows you want him.

Is the issue that he is gay or that he is not a good boss? Gay, straight, white, black, christian, Jewish etc. should have nothing to do with your judgment of someone, or else it is call bigotry. If he is not being a good boss, THAT is the issue you need to address. Or, if you have discovered that it is truly just your prejudice against openly gay people, get another job.

You ARE a homophobe. What have you got against him except that he is gay? Give him a break and get a different job, don't just complain.

And if you can't get a different job, think about changing your attitude and being glad someone will hire you and give you wage!
