I just had a blood test done for WBC and just a blood count?

Do you think from that the could tell if im HIV positive maby... cuz wouldnt my WBC be lower

Absolutely not. Your T cell counts will not change until the disease has progressed to AIDS.

The HIV test is a specific test for the antibody, nothing other than that test will tell you if you are HIV+.

Not necessarily. The white cell count can be normal in early HIV infection and low in late stage of infection. So the best way to tell if you have HIV is to ask for a HIV serology test from the doctor.

No it would not show in that test unless the disease is active. You need to do a HIV specific test.
