if a girl has unprotected sex with an hiv positive guy, and they pull out "almost" in time. PLUS they have oral sex both giving and receiving, and she swallows.. what is the liklihood of her contracting aids?

Let's put it this way, I'd be using condoms from now on every single time, even with oral sex. If he gives you oral sex, I'd use a latex barrier. And I'd get an HIV test done immediately. If it comes back negative, I'd test again in 3 months, then again in 3 months, then again in 3 months. I wouldn't rest easy until AT LEAST a year went by and test results were negative every time.
