What was the with Robert R.?

This question is only for those for who have an interest in the history of HIV...others will find it boring. For info on Robert R., see http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Robert_R. Do you think that he was a male prostitute or that perhaps he was "involved" with an HIV positive immigrant / tourist?

Sorry for the typo. I mean to ask "What was the deal with Robert R.?".

There is so little information it's hard to try to find any sort of answer. He talked about his grandfather and did not claim to be homosexual although the evidence at his autopsy led Dr's to believe he was gay.

I dont think that he was a prostitute since it never stated he was homeless and he was only 15. I would believe he was a prostitute if he had been homeless. He claimed to have had sex once with a girl and then developed the HIV symptoms; so I think he was either a homosexual and embarrased to admit it to the Dr's or he was being abused by either a family member or friend.
