I love my Girlfriend but...?

im 19 and she is 23,she is HIV positive and im still a virgin,i want a kid with her,we have this planned already,i want to avoid HIV though,so how do i go about ?

i love my gf too much...
plz,i want to kno how me and my baby can avoid HIV,i dont want to hurt my baby nor my girl,this is planned,its just a question...you dont understand my situation,i cant just run away thats not love

you are aware that the child would likely have HIV when it is born? do you want to risk having it with her in order to lose it and her to this horrible virus?

Alternatively, you can smear your semen into/around her genitals, or go to a hospital and they can do something.. but think about the poor baby. If you don't want HIV, why would the baby?

You seem a very kind person, to love someone HIV positive and want a child with them still is a very honorable thing, if i were you i would go to a proffesional and ask for help, again, to love someone through that and stay with them is amazing, you must be a very kind person. Ok, it's actually not that easy for a mother to pass HIV to the baby, as longs as she doesn't breast feed there is a good chance the baby won't have it. My boyfriend was born with HIV and just so you know he had a fine life and he's still living just fine. If you want to get her pregnant with out becoming infected yourself then use your fingers to insert the sperm into her vagina, you aren't going to get infected doing that. Then when you guys have sex always protect yourselves.

It's going to depend a lot on where you live, what resources you have available, what the laws are. To be honest i don't know how effective things are but there are medications that reduce the transmission chance to the child, IVF, surrogacy is also an option. In the end you're going to need to talk to a doctor, probably one which is an expert in this sort of things in particular.
