if a guy and a girl are having sex and the guy is HIV positive, can the girl still get HIV/AIDS evin if he didnt ***?

Yes, any exchange of bodily fluids can result in getting HIV/AIDS. Even if the guys didn't ejaculate.

yes girl can become HIV positive but biologically men are more prone to get HIV than women.

most definatley yes i did a course on this and i was told that women are more likely to contract stds due to the inner lining of the vagina being quite fragile and likly to tear during intercourse even with the female unaware
