Is there any country in the world that is still AIDS-free?

Are countries taking measures to limit the spread of HIV, like banning HIV+ positive people from entering the country?
Did HIV hit all countries on earth?

No there is not. even the supersmall ones are affected if not yet infected.

HIV has spread everywhere im afraid. it did have aproximately 60 years to spread from it assumed origin in 1912 to the discovery of the disease in 1975ish.

Countries cannot ban people with HIV from entering a country, this would go against the Human Rights Accord of Geneva. plus it would be realy hard to do so, as the virus is not always detectable, and getting blood to test a person would be difficult without their consent. not to mention in 1st world countries the costs of testing anyone who enters the country would be unafordable.
