what is meant by unprotected sex ... does it mean that we men have to wear the condoms with which we are having sex .. if we don't know that the girl is HIV positive or not. What if our wife is HIV positive and we want to have a baby ? Don't. Your baby will possibly have HIV. Unprotected sex means sex without any protection, like a condom. If you have unprotected sex, the chances are good you will get HIV from a HIV positive person. Always wear a condom when you don't know if the person is HIV positive or not. safe sex is about wearing condoms and HIV + free. If someone wanted to have a baby with a woman who is HIV+, there are ways to do it, but it's NOT unprotected sex. A female can be articificially inseminated and take AIDS drugs that can reduce the chance of the child being born with HIV to almost nothing. But the bigger question is about having unprotected sex. Never do it unless you know the status of your partner and yourself and you both have made the decision to only have sex wtih each other. HIV sucks! Please forgive my ignorance...I don't mean to hurt your feelings but how in God's planet you want to have a baby knowing your health condition that is not good.. how could you do that to a child.. |
