Can you provide some much needed, sensible answers for a friends predicament?

So one of my best freinds just messaged me over Myspace, and well what she's told me is pretty heavy.

My friend's boyfriend has a little sister right? This is a lot harder to explain without naming names. *sigh*
My friend's boyfriend also has a male best friend who is in fact HIV positive.
The bestfriend and the little sister, so far as I can gather, have been having possible sexual relations.
The best friend has known about his condition for many years now, and has been known to be very sexually promiscuous and now this may have a knock-on effect on the whole family of my friend's boyfriend. Said family has only just found out about the best friend being HIV positive a week ago and you can imagine all Hell is now breaking loose.
I've been assured by my friend that this isn't a relationship but rather a selfish and irresponsible 'fling', the little sister being too young to make rational decisions.
Any sensible advice on how I can support my friend in this time of need?

A few further details to add, is that both my friend, her boyfriend and their respective families are devout Christians.
My Prayers are with them at this time, but I really would like to know how I can help.

Yeah, that is heavy stuff! I'm glad you are all Christians, God brings so much more comforting than we can ever imagine!

Sadly tho, we live in a sinful world, and sexual promiscuity is so very present. I believe this is why sex was created for marriage, to avoid heartbreak like this. Your friend's sister can use her experiences to speak out to others about the dangers, etc, God can use anyone aslong as they are willing.

Be there and be willing to listen. You don't need to say anything as much as you need to listen. If she tests positive for HIV, then she could lose a lot of friends. Let her know you aren't going anywhere, pray for her and encourage her when you see her.
