Can I have hiv after an 11 month negative test?

A year ago (Feb 16, 2006) I did something really dumb, I had unprotected anal sex with a guy of unknown status (I was the bottom). Since that time I have had 3 negative hiv tests, a blood test on May 12, 2006 (about 11 weeks) another on Sept 20th 2006 (7months after) and finally one on Feb 6th 2007 (11 months afterwards) using the home access test kit. All have been negative. I got a message from the guy saying he is positive and might have been during our encounter a year ago but he's not sure. Are my 3 tests out to 11 months conclusive still?

instead of taking the home kit, go to your doctor's office and get blood drawn, it's the only sure way, but some people dont get a positive until years later, depending on your immunity levels.
