Can you contact HIV in eating in hotel or restaurant?

Supposing the cooker has a cut on her hand why cutting something and with the blood on her hand she put the whole thing into the cooking pot where as the person is HIV positive.
And again as in restaurant that they don鈥檛 sever pure water and maybe the person serving the food is HIV positive and put his/her hand into the drinking pot to get some that for the customer and he/she has a cut and a slit of blood entered into the water will the customer contact HIV?
IF WE CAN CONTACT HIV THROUGH THAT WAY PLEASE SEND THE ADVICE TO MAINLY THOSE THAT EAT IN REATAURANT.

There has to be an exchange of bodily fluids. Be it through, blood transfusion, sexual intercourse ( even oral ), or using needles previously used by an HIV-positive person. As far as blood transfusions, with the extensive testing that they do on blood before a transfusion there's a rare possibility of contracting HIV. If you are going to look at things that minutely then you could catch HIV/Aids/HEP etc etc by almost any method...
