Wi want to know in men to men sex if both the partners are not hiv positive can they get infected if they?

If both partners do not have HIV and have sex, they will not contract HIV.

However, not being HIV positive is NOT the same thing as not having HIV. HIV tests depend on the body making antibodies to the actual virus (e.g. try to fight off). This process takes time. It may take up to 6 months for someone to test "positive" once infected by the virus. However, they can still pass the disease to others before that time.

Don't forget that there are many other sexually transmitted diseases out there, besides HIV. These include herpes, gonorrhea, syphilis, genital warts, hepatitis B + C, and more. One way to reduce your chances for getting an STD is to always practice safe sex (besides abstinence). You'll feel better about it the next morning, too.
