What would you do your partner tells you after one year that there are HIV positive and you hadunprotected sex

Find out when your partner knew. Go get yourself tested and then restested in 6 months from now. Then find yourself an attorney and sue this man or have him arrested. What he has done is against the law in all 50 states. If he knew and went ahead and slept with you knowing, then he committed a crime.

It is both parties responsibility to be tested on a regular basis, share the results and use protection every single time... no excuses.

i would punch my partner as hard as i could for not telling me, then i would run down to a doctor and get tested for HIV.

maybe they didnt know that they had it.
and if they did
you can sue them because they indangered
your health.

I would leave that partner. Get tested. Stop having unprotected sex.
