What are the statistics? Are you saying that half of all the black children in Virginia are BOTH HIV positive AND pregnant?

No I didn't know that, and I doubt it is true, either. You better check with the Department of Health to make sure of that.

no i didnt know that but that is sad...nowadays if parents wouldntw allow the tv and streets and myspace raise their kids it would be this bad but we have to deal with it...so sad for the unborn babies though
