Has anyone dealt with or experienced workplace discrimination because they were HIV positive? Was is resolved

Yes...an RN with HIV+ status has been discriminated against at a local hospital and she sued the hospital and won her case...however she can't work locally anymore and had to move cross country. It appears that it is a discriminaatory issue and infected people are using the legal system for help.
