You can't get HIV from kissing someone, unless he/she has open sores or cuts in his/her mouth (HIV can be transmitted through blood).

These cuts/open wounds may allow transmission of the minute amount of the HIV virus in the saliva of the HIV+ person. To play it safe, avoid wet/deep/French kissing. However, a peck on the lips is definitely not risky.
