Unless there is blood exchange, vaginal fluid or semen, and breast milk you can not get infected with HIV. as long their body fluid don't great yours you'll be ok. No, it's impossible to transmit HIV through casual contact. HIV cannot be spread through saliva. In casual contact you're more of a threat to the HIV+ person than they are to you.
