Can people that are HIV positive get tattoos? |
Can people that are HIV positive get tattoos? Of course they can! Why shouldn't they be able too? That's like asking if a person with the flu can breath in public. Of course they can! Look, the Tattoo Artist is responsible for using new needles for each customer. Who told u? there is nothing like that Are you HIV positive? I think you should be able too, but it seems like common curtisey to tell the tattoo parler to see what their polocy is first. It should be fine if they wash their needles as well as they're supposed to. And the guy who does it wears gloves. yes they can Technically, they're not supposed to, mainly to protect them from any infections they might get from the wound (yes, a tattoo is a wound), and to protect others that might come into contact with their blood. yes they can as long as they are responsible enough to dispose properly the needle they used.. I agree with Angie that there is a risk for infection that may not be smart to invite. And it would be both wise and responsible to alert a tattoo artist, in advance, of one's HIV status. That artist has the right to refuse service. Any HIV person can get tattoos if they so desire but must first decide if the benefits outweigh the risks. |
