This kid is HIV positive?

It's absolutely ridiculous. Unless the child is having unprtoected sex or sharing needles with other people he is NOT a risk.

And HIV CANNOT be transmitted by urine. It can only be transmitted by blood, semen, vaginal fluids, and breast milk.

You can't get it from sharing the same pool!

that's just screwed up... maybe if the park owner wasn't an idiot the situation could have been avoided... i mean really dont they teach about std's in school...poor kid, i'm surprised they didn't sue for discrimination or something along those lines...
ya thats just wrong.

It is a known fact that kids sometimes urinate in pools. The parents would probably do best to zip the lip around strangers.
