HIV Positive Partner?

I just found out that my partner of 11 years is HIV positive. I'm 50 and he's 46. I'm very depressed and angry about it. What are some things I can do to get in a better state of mind.

Hello I am and I too am HIV positive. I become positive after a girl that I was in love you with didn't tell me she was positive infected me with the disease so she could have someone to live with. I was hurt for years and mad at the world but I still loved her and when she eventually died i hurt and missed her but this illness is still in me. In 2006 I was able to witness the birth of my HIV negative daughter and life has been good since then.
I am sharing this with you because 1st get tested and what ever the out come is you still enjoy life and know that it is OK to feel what you are feeling. I am for you and you can email me at anytime and even join my msn group i moderate
