if your HIV positive mean i have HIV. whether it is react or not. when it reacts, that is HIV positive. if it does not react that is HIV negative. is it correct?

Not necessarily, if a negative result, you could still have HIV, because it take up to 3 mths from exposure, to have a positive test result. I have recently been tested and they told me to follow up in 3 mths before they clear me.

HIV positive means you have it. HIV negative means you don't have HIV.
