Alternative to condoms for pleasure and safe sex.?

Is there any alternative to using condoms. Can any vaginal suppository be used along with any lubricant . Will any kind of oil based lubricant prevent STDs. Using a condom, there is no full pleasure, it acts like a barrier. Please suggest any alternative for full pleasure as well as prevention from STDs and HIV.

Nope, sorry. The only ways to prevent STDs is to use a condom. Spermicide, as someone mentioned, is not an effective control method for STDs. Even condoms don't garuntee full protection against some things, like genital herpes. You have to decide what's more improtant to you... you reproductive health or an experience that's a little more pleasurable.

No, the vaginal support only relieves some stress of procreating.
The most effective way to not catch a std is either not have sex or use a condom. They have female condoms as well, which may be more effective then the males.
And now a days anyone can have anything,, cervical cancer is considered a std which only females catch and can be spread from female to male and back to a female.
