I need help writing a health essay?

I'm a freshmen in high school and I need help writing an essay for my health final to pass the class.
here's the topic i'm doing

Topic #2 We are living on a narrow ledge and sometimes we feel like we are about to fall off. What situations, obstacles, and adversities in life cause us to feel so? To keep our balance and not fall off, we must find ways to cope and broaden our ledge. What attitudes, perspectives, resources, and skills must we learn and adopt to survive and enjoy the gifts life offers?

We learned about STD prevention, teen pregnancy, HIV, the AIDS epidemic, sleep deprivation, nutrition, drugs (like metaphetamine, steroids, smoking), suicide, leading causes of death among teens, and child abuse. I need could use some help.

How about the kid that hates going to school everyday because he is going to be teased and or bullied. He needs just one person to stand up and make an effort to show an interest. What situations caused this kid to feel this way? What physical, emotional, verbal, abuses has this kid been through. What help would one person who stands up for this kid do for the situation. What fears have they both overcome?
There isn't a kid in school who hasn't had the fear of rejection, or humiliation from his peers.
I think this could be a very good essay if written from personal view point.
