It's absurd and ridiculous. It only provides a false sense of security. If people lie on Job Applications to get a job, they're going to lie to get laid. The urge to have sex is much stronger than the urge to have a job.

And who's going to ask for such a thing, anyway? "Excuse me, I can't take off my blouse until you get a silly little card."

It sounds like a good idea until you really start to think about it.

If someone or a couple showed me a certified medical health card from a recognized health facility, then I would be prone to accept a card of validity of that person(s) being safe. Such a card should probably be updated weekly. who knows if they didn't get HIV the weekend after. Report It
