Needle exchanges are available in almost every town and city. There are must be an application of different methods of HIV preventions. Those that are able to abstain, lets them do so. However, abstaining might be a temporariy practiced. So while promoting abstinence do not forget about condom. Yet, remaining with one uninfected partner is possible but when you or your partner or both are infected you may enjoy sex by using condom.
