Am i a hyphocondriac or should i worry about HIV?

Information:
Age: 16
Sexually Activity: None whatsoever only masturbation.

Okay basically i have been really worrried about HIV/AIDS these past months ever since my sexual education class.

But heres why, i have had swollen lymph nodes, a rash, and somewhat white furry tongue. Also i had a fever a few months back and i have had diarhea but not chronic.

But i recently went to a doctor and he diagnosed my lymph nodes as "shotty lymph nodes" and said they were nothing. He also said my rash was excema and i had nothign to worry about. My tongue i think is normal because it seems like everyone has this somewhat white coat on their tongue and it causes constant bad breathe.

I was fine for one day after goign to the doctors but now im still extremely worried constantly looking at my mouth and checking my body for bumps. It ha gotten to the point where i cry at night because im so worried and i can't get to sleep.

I am really scared about my rash and white tongue. Although i checked my family and they seemed to have the white coating on their tongue and they just said it was bacteria on my tongue, i did have poor oral hygiene barely brushing my teeth but this bad breathe and weird taste in my mouth keeps coming back. Also im not sure if Aids causes excema.

I did have excema as a child though and it went away and jusst came back a few months ago.

Am i a hyphondriac or should i be worried?

You have nothing to worry about. The long and short of the situation: AIDS is only caught in a few "invasive" ways. Blood - Blood contact is generally necessary, activities would such as sharing needles while using drugs, unprotected sex, particularly anal sex due to the increased probability of bleeding, kissing with bleeding gums etc..

You have nothing to worry about. Go have a happy life and get over it.

You are fine. You definitely need to cautious about HIV/AIDS primarily when you are sexually active. You can't live in constant fear. Just channel that fear to take extra precautions. For example, use protection when you become sexually active and do avoid physical contact of another person's fluids such as blood. With a few precautions, you'll be absolutely fine. No need to live in fear!

You should be worried about being a hypochondriac. Me, I'm addicted to placebos.
