dont get all cooked up and worried about HIV, go and see a doctor please...............hiv is not a disease it is the reason why all other disease can get into your body...........hiv destroys your resistance to immunity and then any disease can grow inside your body...........so you need to go and see a doctor and have a complete counseling........or you will go paranoid you know...........

No not necessarily. HIV itself doesn't produce a rash. But it does leave the skin unprotected from a variety of other virus and bacteria attackers, which can cause a rash. Or you might have no rash at all. Someone with HIV might have a mild rash or a horrible swath of running sores. It might look exactly like an allergy rash, or look more like small pox.

I hope you mean hives. I think they can be. I break out in hives from allergies, but my brother breaks out in a hives like rash from getting to hot.
