Do HIV rashes look like mosquito bites?

i have been getting strange red bumps on random spots on my body. they are the size of a mosquito bite or slightly larger, and sometimes itch, but there is never more than one bump in a specific area. i don't think it's an HIV rash since there isn't a lot of bumps clumped together, but could i be wrong?

YOu should get a test if you are concerned. It is just inconsiderate to sleep with people without knowing if you are clean.

For reference even though you should still get tested:
The typical HIV rash is slightly raised, small and dark in colour. In medical terms, it is called a maculopapular rash.
And a rash is never a singular bump.

Do you have any reason to believe you might have been infected with HIV? There are innumerable reasons that you might have a rash, and HIV is, barring some recent event that you haven't mentioned, not the most likely. The rash looks like *heat rash*; it's the same physical effect. So no, getting a rash is not a perfect diagnostic for whether or not you carry HIV.

So, if you think you might have HIV, please go get tested. It can be done in about twenty minutes with a mouth swab; there's no blood drawing required. Don't assume you do have it; don't assume you don't. If there's some chance you might have the virus, please, please get tested so that you can protect yourself from the effects and protect others from the virus.

If you think you have been exposed to HIV, have an HIV test.

For random bumps, see a doctor.

The Web is not the place to get this information!

You should use zerit, it is the best about it you can get information from here http://medical-school-rating.notlong.com...

go to a free clinic or go doctor and get tested.
