What is HIV rash? |
Is it similar to HIV sign? The rash that MAY be experienced shortly after becoming infected (within 3 months, more likely 2-4 weeks) can be found on the face and trunk (sometimes the extremities including palm and soles). It is a erythematous maculopapular rash and in some it causes mucocutaneous ulceration in the mouth, esophagus, or genitals (mouth/genital sores...another possible symptom of being recently infected with HIV). At the exposure of Virus, there is generalised lymphadenopathy, flu like symptoms and skin rashes. please search it on google...i am so sick of the HIV questions.... Possibly the most common of the HIV symptoms is the HIV rash. A rash can be one of many HIV symptoms or can be related to medications.
