Does anyone know what it means to have an hiv rash or what it looks like?

i've seen it on the show House M.D. good show, and all the stuff used and tlked about it in the show is true. it looks like a regular rash, but it is a purple red.

Hives are usually odd shaped, itch and go away pretty quick. If not try taking benadryl as the directions say.
