Hey i found this picture on a website is this a hiv rash?

Look like psoriasis to me!

No. HIV does not produce a rash. The picture is not very clear
but it could be syphilis. People can be infected with HIV for 10-12 years and if they have not been tested, they usually is not any side effect.
