Worred about Rash, is it HIV?

I recently had unprotected anal sex with a man who did not ejaculate at all however I am worried about my exposure to precum. Now I have three small red marks on my chest that will not go away. One is on the center about the size of a quarter, the other is near my shoulder and is smaller and the final one is where my belt loop would be. Only the one near my belt loop is raised. The other two are flat and painless. I've had them for almost 2 weeks. Could this be an HIV rash?

You need to be checked out and get a full panel of STD tests.

While HIV does not cause a rash, secondary syphillis does - easily cured but if not caught can cause brain damage, dementia and death.

Also, whether the partner ejaculated or not, makes really no difference; pre-ejaculate fluid can have sperm and infectious bodies in it; as well as some diseases are transmitted through skin to skin contact (Herpes). In addition, anal sex increases the risk of catching something do to increased bleeding (even minute) and tearing.

Please get tested immediately and do not have unprotected sex again. This is your lfie at stake.

HIV in and of itself doesn't cause a rash. It weakens your immune system so that you are more susceptible to diseases including those that cause rashes.

So far as I know even if you were infected with HIV it wouldn't act that fast to cause a rash. Its possible the rash is a sign of another STD however. It is also possible it has nothing to do with any STD and is something else entirely. I once had a rash on my chest that turned out to be something that many middle aged men get once in their lives and clears up on its own then never occurs agan. They don't really know what causes it and I forget what the name of it was. If you recently changed soap, bought new sheets or something else it might even be an allergic reaction.

Having said all that: Hopefully the scare will be enough to make you think twice about having unprotected sex again.

You can speculate all you want, but the best thing to do is get teasted for HIV. Good luck and always wrap your junk.

If it is something that is seriously bothering you my advice would be to go see your doctor. If nothing else it will calm your nerves, stress is one on the worst illnesses you can have.
