If you are HIV positive...?

What symptoms did you have when you bioconverted?

I didn't mean to offend anyone...But you know HIV is a real problem and you can't just ignore it. I am worried I am bioconverting myself and I was just wondering other peoples experiences with it sheesh.

As someone else said, it's "seroconversion".

I have been HIV+ for nearly 5 years and I had horrible symptoms - I had a major flu, I couldn't eat without bringing it up, aching and I also lost about 15kgs.

Generally, you feel like death.

First it seroconvert- and there usually are no signs. Some people I work with said when they looked back the has flu like symptoms for a day or so. If you are worried go get a test, and retest once a month for 3 months (the window period) Good Luck.
