People with acute HIV syndrome often have a mono-like illness, often with a bad headache and neck stiffness and a rash.

Sometimes they get thrush in the mouth which spreads to the oesophagus and causes heartburn, with chest pains and stomach upset.

if you just got hiv.. youve had it for at least 10 yrs...... yes it can.
